1. Order Processing & Tracking Number Generation
- Processing Time: Once your payment is successfully verified , your order will be sent to our warehouse. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing and packaging.
- Tracking Notification: As soon as your order is dispatched from our facility, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
2. Shipping Timeframes & Coverage
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 12 to 15 days after the package has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
- Shipping Area: We offer Free Shipping strictly within the 48 contiguous United States.
- Note on Exclusions: We cannot generate tracking or ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO military addresses, or PO Boxes.
3. How to Track Your Order

4. Common Tracking Scenarios & FAQs
- "My tracking number isn't showing any updates."
Please do not worry. After you receive the tracking number, it typically takes 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's system to scan the package and update the initial tracking status online. - "My order contains multiple items, but I only received one tracking number."
Because we sell various electronics and appliances, items may be shipped from different warehouse locations to ensure faster delivery. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, we will send you separate tracking numbers for each package. - "The tracking says 'Delivered', but I haven't received my package."
For high-value electronics, carriers sometimes mark a package as "Delivered" slightly before actual drop-off, or they may leave it in a hidden safe spot on your porch. Please check around your property, check with neighbors, and wait 24 hours. If you still cannot locate it, contact us immediately.
